- In the search for life in the cosmos, NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) mission has already monitored about 74% of the sky for transiting extrasolar planets, including potentially habitable worlds. However, TESS only observed a fraction of the stars long enough to be able to find planets like Earth. We use the primary mission data-the first two years of observations-and identify 4239 stars within 210pc that TESS observed long enough to see three transits of an exoplanet that receives similar irradiation to Earth: 738 of these stars are located within 30pc. We provide reliable stellar parameters from the TESS Input Catalog that incorporates Gaia DR2 and also calculate the transit depth and radial velocity semiamplitude for an Earth-analog planet. Of the 4239 stars in the Revised TESS HZ Catalog, 9 are known exoplanet hosts-GJ1061, GJ1132, GJ3512, GJ685, Kepler-42, LHS1815, L98-59, RRCae, and TOI700-around which TESS could identify additional Earth-like planetary companions. Thirty-seven additional stars host yet unconfirmed TESS Objects of Interest: three of these orbit in the habitable-zone TOI203, TOI715, and TOI2298. For a subset of 614 of the 4239 stars, TESS has observed the star long enough to be able to observe planets throughout the full temperate, habitable zone out to the equivalent of Mars orbit. Thus, the Revised TESS Habitable Zone Catalog provides a tool for observers to prioritize stars for follow-up observation to discover life in the cosmos. These stars are the best path toward the discovery of habitable planets using the TESS mission data.

- We present high spatial resolution Chandra X-ray images of the NGC 2237 young stellar cluster on the periphery of the Rosette Nebula. We detect 168 X-ray sources, 80% of which have stellar counterparts in USNO, Two Micron All Sky Survey, and deep FLAMINGOS images. These constitute the first census of the cluster members with 0.2<~M<~2M_{sun}_. Star locations in near-infrared color-magnitude diagrams indicate a cluster age around 2Myr with a visual extinction of 1<~A_V_<~3 at 1.4kpc, the distance of the Rosette Nebula's main cluster NGC 2244. We derive the K-band luminosity function and the X-ray luminosity function of the cluster, which indicate a population ~400-600 stars. The X-ray-selected sample shows a K-excess disk frequency of 13%. The young Class II counterparts are aligned in an arc ~3pc long suggestive of a triggered formation process induced by the O stars in NGC 2244. The diskless Class III sources are more dispersed. Several X-ray emitting stars are located inside the molecular cloud and around gaseous pillars projecting from the cloud. This X-ray view of young stars on the western side of the Rosette Nebula complements our earlier studies of the central cluster NGC 2244 and the embedded clusters on the eastern side of the Nebula. The large-scale distribution of the clusters and molecular material is consistent with a scenario in which the rich central NGC 2244 cluster formed first, and its expanding HII region triggered the formation of the now-unobscured satellite clusters Rosette Molecular Cloud (RMC) XA and NGC 2237. A large swept-up shell material around the HII region is now in a second phase of collect-and-collapse fragmentation, leading to the recent formation of subclusters.

- The Spitzer Space Telescope mapped the Perseus molecular cloud complex with the Infrared Array Camera (IRAC) and the Multi-Band Imaging Photometer for Spitzer (MIPS) as part of the c2d Spitzer Legacy project. This paper combines the observations from both instruments giving an overview of low-mass star formation across Perseus from 3.6 to 70{mu}m. We provide an updated list of young stellar objects (YSOs) with new classifications and source fluxes from previous works, identifying 369 YSOs in Perseus with the Spitzer data set. By synthesizing the IRAC and MIPS maps of Perseus and building on the work of previous papers in this series, we present a current census of star formation across the cloud and within smaller regions. Sixty-seven percent of the YSOs are associated with the young clusters NGC 1333 and IC 348. The majority of the star formation activity in Perseus occurs in the regions around the clusters to the eastern and western ends of the cloud complex. The middle of the cloud is nearly empty of YSOs despite containing regions of high visual extinction. The western half of Perseus contains three-quarters of the total number of embedded YSOs (Class 0+I and Flat spectral energy distribution sources) in the cloud and nearly as many embedded YSOs as Class II and III sources. Class II and III objects greatly outnumber Class 0+I objects in eastern Perseus and IC 348. These results are consistent with previous age estimates for the clusters. Across the cloud, 56% of YSOs and 91% of the Class 0+I and Flat sources are in areas where A_v_>=5mag, indicating a possible extinction threshold for star formation.

- The ~200000 targets monitored for photometric variability during the Kepler prime mission include the best-studied group of stars in the sky, due both to the extensive time history provided by Kepler and to the substantial amount of ancillary data provided by other investigators or compiled by the Kepler team. To complement this wealth of data, we surveyed the entire Kepler field using the 3.6 and 4.5{mu}m bands of the Warm Spitzer Space Telescope, obtaining photometry in both bands for almost 170000 objects. We demonstrate relative photometric precision ranging from better than ~1.5% for the brighter stars down to slightly greater than ~2% for the faintest stars monitored by Kepler. We describe the data collection and analysis phases of this work and identify several stars with large infrared excess, although none that is also known to be the host of an exoplanetary system.

- The Swift Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC) Survey, S-CUBED, is a high-cadence shallow X-ray survey of the SMC. The survey consists of 142 tiled pointings covering the optical extent of the SMC, which is performed weekly by NASA's Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory, with an exposure per tile of 60s. The survey is focused on discovery and monitoring of X-ray outbursts from the large known and unknown population of Be/X-ray binaries (BeXRBs) in the SMC. Given the very low background of Swift's X-ray telescope, even with a short exposure per tile, S-CUBED is typically sensitive to outbursts in the SMC at >1%-2% Eddington luminosity for a typical 1.4M_{sun}_ neutron star compact object. This sensitivity, combined with the high cadence and the fact that the survey can be performed all year round, makes it a powerful discovery tool for outbursting accreting X-ray pulsars in the SMC. In this paper we describe results from the first year of observations of S-CUBED, which includes the 1SCUBEDX catalog of 265 X-ray sources, 160 of which are not identified with any previously cataloged X-ray source. We report on bulk properties of sources in the 1SCUBEDX catalog. Finally, we focus on results of S-CUBED observations of several interesting sources, which includes discovery of three Type II outbursts from BeXRBs and the detection of Type I outbursts and orbital periods in six BeXRB systems.

- The Tycho Reference Catalogue (TRC) contains high-quality positions and proper motions for 990182 stars of the Tycho Catalogue. The proper motions were derived from Tycho positions and Astrographic Catalogue positions reduced to the Hipparcos system. The median accuracy of the TRC position components is 40 mas at J1991.25. The median accuracy of the proper motion is about 2.5 mas/yr. Systematic errors are less than about 1.0 mas(/yr). The quality of the proper motions in TRC is assessed by comparison with the Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues. Comparison with the recent ACT Catalogue which is based on an independent reduction of the same observations as used for constructing the TRC is reported.

- We apply a friends-of-friends algorithm to the combined Updated Zwicky Catalog (UZC, Cat. <J/PASP/111/438> )and Southern Sky Redshift Survey (SSRS2, Cat. <J/AJ/116/1>) to construct a catalog of 1168 groups of galaxies; 411 of these groups have five or more members within the redshift survey. The group catalog covers 4.69 sr, and all groups exceed the number density contrast threshold, {delta}P/P=80. We demonstrate that the groups catalog is homogeneous across the two underlying redshift surveys; the catalog of groups and their members thus provides a basis for other statistical studies of the large-scale distribution of groups and their physical properties. The median physical properties of the groups are similar to those for groups derived from independent surveys, including the ESO Key Programme and the Las Campanas Redshift Survey. We include tables of groups and their members.

- WGACAT is a point source catalogue generated from all ROSAT PSPC (Position Sensitive Proportional Counter) pointed observations. This catalog has been generated by N.E. White (HEASARC/GSFC), P. Giommi (SDC/ASI) and L. Angelini (HEASARC/GSFC) and is a private research effort, not related to the official catalogs generated by the ROSAT project. The WGACAT was made first publicly available in November 1994 through the HEASARC on-line service (White, Giommi and Angelini 1994), with a first minor revision in March 1995 (WGACAT95). It was generated using all the public ROSAT PSPC pointed data available than, corresponding to 75% of the entire set, and featured ~ 68000 detections of which 62000 were unique sources. The current version, released in May 2000, is the final and complete version of WGACAT and includes the remaining sequences not processed in the WGACAT95. WGACAT (May 2000) contains about 88,000 detections, with more than 84,000 individual sources, obtained from 4160 sequences. The catalog was generated using an optimized sliding cell detect algorithm in XIMAGE (first developed for the EXOSAT project). The inner and outer parts of the images were run separately, to maximize the sensitivity to source detection. This method is very sensitive in finding point sources, but can also find spurious sources where there is extended emission. We have visually inspected each detection, removed the obvious spurious cases and assigned a quality flag to each detection.

- Wolf-Rayet (WR) stars are evolved massive stars, and the relative number of WC-type and WN-type WRs should vary with metallicity, providing a sensitive test of stellar evolutionary theory. The observed WC/WN ratio is much higher than that predicted by theory in some galaxies but this could be due to observational incompleteness for WN types, which have weaker lines. Previous studies of M33's WR content show a galactocentric gradient in the relative numbers of WCs and WNs, but only small regions have been surveyed with sufficient sensitivity to detect all of the WNs. Here, we present a sensitive survey for WRs covering all of M33, finding 55 new WRs, mostly of WN type. Our spectroscopy also improves the spectral types of many previously known WRs, establishing in one case that the star is actually a background quasar. The total number of spectroscopically confirmed WRs in M33 is 206, a number we argue is complete to ~5%, with most WRs residing in OB associations, although ~2% are truly isolated.
