- PPM North gives J2000 positions and proper motions of 181731 stars north of -2.5 degrees declination. Its main purpose is to provide a convenient, dense, and accurate net of astrometric reference stars that represents the new IAU (1976) coordinate system on the sky. The mean epoch is near 1931. The average mean errors of the positions and proper motions are 0.27" and 0.43"/cen. On the average six measured positions are available per star; 1064 stars do not have sufficient redundancies to resolve discrepancies. In addition to the positions and proper motions, the PPM (North) contains the BD number, the magnitude, the spectral type, the number of positions included, the mean error of each component of the position and proper motion, the weighted mean epoch in each coordinate, the numbers in the SAO, HD, and AGK3 catalogs, and various standard notes. - PPM South gives positions and proper motions of 197179 stars south of about -2.5 degrees declination. Its main purpose is to provide a convenient, dense and accurate net of astrometric reference stars on the southern celestial hemisphere. This net is designed to represent as closely as possible the new IAU (1976) coordinate system on the sky, as defined by the FK5 star catalogue (Fricke et al., 1988). In other words, it is a representation of this system at higher star densities and fainter magnitudes. PPM South is the southern-hemisphere complement to the PPM Star Catalogue (Roeser and Bastian, 1991), which covers the northern hemisphere, plus a strip between the equator and about -2.5 degrees declination. At the border line a continuous transition between the northern and southern part was tailored in such a way that no overlap, nor gaps, nor double entries occurred. - Spectrophotometric data have been obtained with the 2dF spectrograph at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory and with Hydra at the WIYN telescope for nearly 2000 A, F, and G stars toward the south Galactic pole. Using 1305 radial velocities, 2311 uvbyH{beta} photometric measurements, and 1621 Yale-San Juan SPM (Southern Proper Motion) absolute proper motions, peculiar velocities were derived to determine the galactic gravitational force K(z) perpendicular to the Galactic plane, first described by Oort (published in 1932).

- PPM-Extended (PPMX) is a catalogue of 18,088,919 stars containing astrometric and photometric information. Its limiting magnitude is about 15.2 in the GSC photometric system. PPMX consists of three parts: a) a survey complete down to R_U_=12.8 in the magnitude system of UCAC2; b) additional stars of high-precision proper motions, and c) all other stars from GSC 1.2 identified in 2MASS. The typical accuracy of the proper motions is 2mas/y for 66 percent of the survey stars (a) and the high-precision stars (b), and about 10mas/y for all other stars. PPMX contains photometric information from ASCC-2.5 and 2MASS.

- The Open Cluster Chemical Abundances and Mapping (OCCAM) survey aims to produce a comprehensive, uniform, infrared-based spectroscopic data set for hundreds of open clusters, and to constrain key Galactic dynamical and chemical parameters from this sample. This second contribution from the OCCAM survey presents analysis of 259 member stars with [Fe/H] determinations in 19 open clusters, using Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 14 (SDSS/DR14) data from the Apache Point Observatory Galactic Evolution Experiment and ESA Gaia. This analysis, which includes clusters with R_GC_ ranging from 7 to 13 kpc, measures an [Fe/H] gradient of -0.061+/-0.004 dex/kpc. We also confirm evidence of a significant positive gradient in the {alpha}-elements ([O/Fe], [Mg/Fe], and [Si/Fe]) and present evidence for a significant negative gradient in iron-peak elements ([Mn/Fe] and [Ni/Fe]).

- The PFKSZ is based on 14 catalogues, observed at 10 observatories (Bucharest, Wroslaw, Kiev, Goloseevo-GAO, Kazan, GAISH, Odessa, Pulkovo, Tashkent, Kharkov). The catalogue PFKSZ contain 587 stars from 7.3 to 8.4 vis.mag. Most of the catalogues have been obtained from differential meridian observations in the FK3 system. The proper motions were found in the FK3 system mainly from GC, AGK2 (or AGK2A), Yale and PFKSZ catalogues. The precision of PFKSZ catalogue is Mean Error(in Alfa x cos Decl.) = +/- 0.0068 timesec Mean Error(in Decl.) = +/- 0.127 arcsec for the mean epoch 1949.0.

- Kinematical analysis of spectroscopically identified pre-main-sequence stars associated with the Lupus dark cloud reveals a streamlike motion of low internal velocity dispersion (<=1.3km/s). A statistically significant mismatch between the convergent point radial velocity and the spectroscopic radial velocity from the literature indicates a moderate degree of expansion. The rate of expansion is too low to account for the present extent of the association if one assumes that the spatially dispersed population was formed in the dense molecular cores observed today. Therefore, it is unlikely that the outlying weak-lined T Tauri members were born in the same star-forming cores as the more compactly located classical T Tauri stars, despite the kinematic integrity of the association. Distances inferred from the classical moving-cluster method show a large depth of the association (~80pc) along the line of sight. A color-magnitude diagram of the association in the near-IR colors corrected for the distribution of distances shows a clear gap separating the older (5-27Myr) and the younger (~1Myr) generations of stars. Half of the identified 1Myr old stars lie in the tight group of mostly classical T Tauri stars associated with the Lupus 3 dark filament. This nest of very young stars appears to be 25pc farther from the Sun than the center of the greater Lupus association.

- This catalogue presents astrometric (position and proper motion) and photometric parameters for 1250 PMS stars and 104 PMS star candidates spread over all-sky major star-forming regions. We provide for each star the mean (J2000.0) position and proper motion derived from CCD meridian observations(Bordeaux and Valinhos CCD meridian circle), ESOD1.5m and OHP120cm telescopes, Schmidt SERC-J, POSS I and POSS II plates digitized with the MAMA measuring machine (Paris) and published catalogues as AC2000.2 (<I/275>), USNO-A2.0 (<I/252>), HIPPARCOS (<I/239>), Tycho-2 (<I/259>), UCAC2 (<I/289>), 2MASS (<II/246>) and other astrometric sources. We also provide, when available, CCD meridian V magnitude and the J, H, K magnitudes from 2MASS catalogue. Precision on proper motions vary from 2 to 5mas/yr depending on the used sources of ancient positions and depending also on the embedding and binarity of the source. The V limiting magnitude of our catalogue is about 16.5.

- The Gaia mission has provided the largest ever astrometric chart of the Milky Way. Using it to map the Galactic halo is helpful for disentangling its merger history. The identification of halo stars in Gaia DR2 with reliable distance estimates requires special methods because such stars are typically farther away and scarce. We applied the reduced proper motion (RPM) method to identify halo main sequence stars on the basis of Gaia photometry and proper motions. Using the colour-absolute-magnitude relation for this type of star, we calculated photometric distances. Our selection results in a set of 10^7^ tentative main sequence halo stars with typical distance uncertainties of 7% and with median velocity errors of 20km/s. The median distance of our sample is ~4.4kpc, with the faintest stars located at ~16kpc. The spatial distribution of the stars in our sample is centrally concentrated. A visual inspection of the mean velocities of stars on the sky reveals large-scale patterns as well as clear imprints of the GD-1 stream and tentative hints of the Jhelum and Leiptr streams. Incompleteness and selection effects limit our ability to interpret the patterns reliably as well as to identify new substructures. We define a pseudo-velocity space by setting the line-of-sight velocities of our sample stars to zero. In this space, we recover several known structures such as the footprint of Gaia-Enceladus (i.e. the Gaia-Sausage) as well as the Helmi Streams and some other retrograde substructures (Sequoia, Thamnos). We show that the two-point velocity correlation function reveals significant clustering on scales smaller than 100km/s of a similar amplitude as found for the 6D Gaia halo sample. This clumping of stars in velocity space might hint at the presence of nearby streams that are predominantly phase-mixed. A spectroscopic follow-up of our halo main sequence sample is bound to yield unprecedented views of Galactic history and dynamics. In future Gaia data releases, the level of systematics will be reduced and the astrometry will be more precise, which will allow for the identification of more substructures at larger distances.

- The results of a complex study of the galactic open cluster Trumpler 2 are presented. In order to obtain the proper motions, the positions of approximately 3000 stars up to the limit magnitude B~16.25mag in the area 80'x80' around the cluster were measured on 6 plates with a maximal epoch difference of 63-years. The root-mean error of the relative proper motions is 4.2mas/yr. The catalogue of BV magnitudes of all the stars in the investigated area was compiled. The selection of the cluster members within the region of R<16 arcmin from the center of the cluster was made. Altogether, 148 stars were considered to be cluster members by both astrometrical and photometrical criteria. We present the estimated age (8.91E+07) and physical parameters of the cluster and append the catalogues of the proper motions and of the photometry of the stars.
