- The Gaia + PanSTARRS1 (PS1) + Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) + Two Micron All-Sky Survey (2MASS) (GPS1) catalog was released in 2017. It delivered precise proper motions for around 350 million sources down to a magnitude of r~20mag. In this study, we present GPS1+, the extension GPS1 catalog down to r~22.5mag, based on Gaia data release 2 (DR2), PS1, SDSS, and 2MASS astrometry. GPS1+ totally provides proper motions for ~400 million sources with a characteristic systematic error of less than 0.1mas/yr. This catalog is divided into two subsamples, i.e., the primary and secondary parts. The primary ~264 million sources have either or both Gaia and SDSS astrometry, with a typical precision of 2.0-5.0mas/yr. In this part, ~160 million sources have Gaia proper motions, and we provide another new proper motion for each of them by building a Bayesian model. Relative to Gaia's values, the precision is improved by ~0.1dex on average; ~50 million sources are the objects whose proper motions are missing in Gaia DR2, and we provide their proper motions with a precision of ~4.5mas/yr. The remaining ~54 million faint sources are beyond Gaia detecting capability, and we provide their proper motions for the first time with a precision of 7.0mas/yr. However, the secondary ~136 million sources only have PS1 astrometry, where the average precision is worse than 15.0mas/yr. The large uncertainty probably limits it to qualitative applications. All the proper motions have been validated using QSOs and the existing Gaia proper motions. The catalog will be available via the TAP Service in the German Astrophysical Virtual Observatory.

- The FK5 catalog was expanded from 1535 stars to include an additional 3117 stars which comprise the 'extension' to the new 'Basic' FK5, the revision of the FK4. For the basic FK5 a method of converting from the FK5 system to the FK4 system is provided in the catalog while for the Extension no algorithm was supplied. This catalog consists of two files. One file is the FK5 Extension placed at B1950.0 on the FK4 system. The second file is the FK5 Extension placed at the mean Epoch of place on the FK4 system.

- The FONAC is a catalogue of positions, proper motions and photometric data for 2,008,383 of Astrographic Catalogue (AC) stars covering the sky between declinations +90 and -2 degrees. The average epoch of positions is 1988.19. The catalogue is based on the measurements of more then 1700 plates which were taken with the wide-angle astrograph of the Main Astronomical Observatory (MAO) in Kiev within the FON (Photographic Survey of the Northern Sky) project. The AC data were used both as the input catalogue for measuring machine PARSEC (Programming Automatic Radial-Scanning Coordinatometer) and as the first epochs for determination of proper motions of stars. The ACT Reference Catalogue was applied for the reductions of positions and B magnitudes of stars, the GSC1.1 was used for determination of (B-V) values, and the USNO R-magnitudes were used for determination of (B-R) values. The estimated precision is 0.2 arcseconds for the positions, 3 mas/yr for the proper motions, and 0.18mag for the photometry.

- We present a new census of candidate pre-main-sequence stars in the Cepheus flare star-forming region, based on Gaia EDR3 parallaxes, proper motions, and colour-magnitude diagrams. We identified new candidate members of the previously known young stellar groups associated with NGC 7023, L1177, L1217/L1219, L1228, L1235, and L1251. We studied the 3D structure of the star-forming complex and the distribution of tangential velocities of the young stars. The young stellar groups are located between 330 and 368pc from the Sun, divided into three kinematic subgroups, and have ages between 1 and 5 million yr. The results confirm the scenario of propagating star formation, suggested by previous studies. In addition to the bulk pre-main-sequence star population between 330 and 370pc, there is a scattered and more evolved pre-main-sequence population around 150-180pc. We found new candidate members of the nearby Cepheus Association, and identified a new moving group of 46, 15-20 million yr old pre-main-sequence stars located at a distance of 178pc, around the A0-type star HD 190833. A few pre-main-sequence stars are located at 800-900 pc, indicative of star-forming regions associated with the Galactic local arm above the Galactic latitude of +10{deg}.

- The formation and evolution of binary star systems are some of the remaining key questions in modern astronomy. Wide binary pairs (separations >10^3^au) are particularly intriguing because their low binding energies make it difficult for the stars to stay gravitationally bound over extended timescales, and thus to probe the dynamics of binary formation and dissolution. Our previous SLoWPoKES catalogs, I and II, provided the largest and most complete sample of wide-binary pairs of low masses. Here we present an extension of these catalogs to a broad range of stellar masses: the Gaia Assorted Mass Binaries Long Excluded from SloWPoKES (GAMBLES), comprising 8660 statistically significant wide pairs that we make available in a living online database. Within this catalog we identify a subset of 543 long-lived (dissipation timescale >1.5Gyr) candidate binary pairs, of assorted mass, with typical separations between 10^3^ and 10^5.5^ au (0.002-1.5pc), using the published distances and proper motions from the Tycho-Gaia Astrometric Solution and Sloan Digital Sky Survey photometry. Each pair has at most a false positive probability of 0.05; the total expectation is 2.44 false binaries in our sample. Among these, we find 22 systems with 3 components, 1 system with 4 components, and 15 pairs consisting of at least 1 possible red giant. We find the largest long-lived binary separation to be nearly 3.2pc; even so, >76% of GAMBLES long-lived binaries have large binding energies and dissipation lifetimes longer than 1.5Gyr. Finally, we find that the distribution of binary separations is clearly bimodal, corroborating the findings from SloWPoKES and suggesting multiple pathways for the formation and dissipation of the widest binaries in the Galaxy.

- GPM is the newer version of the General Compiled Catalogue of Absolute Proper Motions, derived with respect to galaxies within the plan called Catalogue of Faint Stars (KSZ, Deutch, 1952, Trans. IAU, Vol. 8, 789). The programme was proposed for several observatories of the former Soviet Union, China, Rumania and Spain. There are some resulting individual catalogues of absolute proper motions of stars compiled at five observatories (Kiev, Pulkovo, Moscow, Tashkent and Shanghai). The GPM combines these catalogues and comprises absolute proper motions for 52805 stars from 8 to 15.5mag in 185 fields north of -25 degrees of declination. The size of each region is nearly 1.5 square degrees. The mean standard error of proper motion is 8 mas/yr on average. Detailed information on the construction methodology and input data can be found in (Rybka & Yatsenko, 1997KFNT...13e..70R). In addition to absolute proper motions the GPM contains accurate equatorial coordinates and three-colour B V R photometry for the vast majority of its stars (Rybka 2000KFNT...16e..60R). Additional information was selected from all available sources. Usage of the ACT catalog should provide improved positions (mostly in removing of systematic errors) and improved photometry (because the brightest stars in each GPM region had B and V magnitudes measured by the Tycho experiment on the Hipparcos satellite). The mean accuracies achived, as demonstrated by comparison with above catalogue, are 250 mas for the positions and 0.22mag for B magnitude and 0.26mag for B-V colour. The GPM gives right ascensions and declinations for equinox J2000.0 and epoch copied from available sources. They were only presented to identify the GPM stars with those from other catalogues. The compiled catalogue also presents B magnitudes and B-V colours. They were converted to be close to Johnson system. The Tycho stars were also identified in the GPM catalogue. A search area with a radius of 2 arcseconds was used to search for multiple entries of the same star, which may be appeared in the region overlap areas. The detected entries were then removed from the final catalogue. The procedure decreased the number of stars in the catalogue by about 0.4 %. The adopted catalogue organization includes data in 185 regions sorted according the KSZ region numbers. The data were then sorted nearly in right ascension order within each GPM region. All information needed to associate a point on the sky with region number and provide a more rapid access to that region are given in file region.dat.

- The Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues are the primary products of the European Space Agency's astrometric mission, Hipparcos. The satellite, which operated for four years, returned high quality scientific data from November 1989 to March 1993. Each of the catalogues contains a large quantity of very high quality astrometric and photometric data. In addition there are associated annexes featuring variability and double/multiple star data, and solar system astrometric and photometric measurements. In the case of the Hipparcos Catalogue, the principal parts are provided in both printed and machine-readable form (on CDROM). In the case of the Tycho Catalogue, results are provided in machine-readable form only (on CDROM). Although in general only the final reduced and calibrated astrometric and photometric data are provided, some auxiliary files containing results from intermediate stages of the data processing, of relevance for the more-specialised user, have also been retained for publication. (Some, but not all, data files are available from the Centre de Donnees astronomiques de Strasbourg.) The global data analysis tasks, proceeding from nearly 1000 Gbit of raw satellite data to the final catalogues, was a lengthy and complex process, and was undertaken by the NDAC and FAST Consortia, together responsible for the production of the Hipparcos Catalogue, and the Tycho Consortium, responsible for the production of the Tycho Catalogue. A fourth scientific consortium, the INCA Consortium, was responsible for the construction of the Hipparcos observing programme, compiling the best-available data for the selected stars before launch into the Hipparcos Input Catalogue. The production of the Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues marks the formal end of the involvement in the mission by the European Space Agency and the four scientific consortia. For more complete and detailed information on the data, the user is advised to refer to Volume 1 ("Introduction and Guide to the Data", ESA SP-1200) of the printed Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues. The user should also note that in order to convert the Double and Multiple Systems (Component solutions) data file hip_dm_c.dat into FITS format it is first necessary to filter the file according to whether the entry is a component record (identified by COMP in field DCM5) or a correlation record (identified by CORR in field DCM5) because of the different structures of the respective records. On a Unix system this can be achieved as follows: grep COMP hip_dm_c.dat > h_dm_com.dat grep CORR hip_dm_c.dat > h_dm_cor.dat The catalogue description file (this file) gives the relevant information for converting the main data files, including h_dm_cor.dat and h_dm_com.dat, into FITS format. The machine readable data files (i.e. those available on CD-ROM and the subset available from the CDS) contain several extra fields in addition to the data from the printed catalogue. These fields are identified by the letter `M' in the data label (e.g. the field DGM1 contains data only available in the machine readable file hip_dm_g.dat).

- We image 104 newly identified low-mass (mostly M-dwarf) pre-main sequence (PMS) members of nearby young moving groups (YMGs) with Magellan Adaptive Optics (MagAO) and identify 27 stellar binaries with instantaneous projected separation as small as 40mas. Fifteen were previously unknown. The total number of multiple systems in this sample including spectroscopic and visual binaries from the literature is 36, giving a raw stellar multiplicity rate of at least 35_-4_^+5^% for this population. In the separation range of roughly 1-300au in which infrared AO imaging is most sensitive, the raw multiplicity rate is at least 24_-4_^+5^% for binaries resolved by the MagAO infrared camera (Clio). The M-star subsample of 87 stars yields a raw multiplicity of at least 30_-4_^+5^% over all separations, 21_-4_^+5^% for secondary companions resolved by Clio from 1 to 300au (23_-4_^+5^% for all known binaries in this separation range). A combined analysis with binaries discovered by the Search for Associations Containing Young stars shows that stellar multiplicity fraction as a function of mass over the range of 0.2 to 1.2M_{sun}_ appears to be linearly flat, in contrast to the field, where multiplicity increases with mass. After bias corrections are applied, the multiplicity of low-mass YMG members (0.2-0.6M_{sun}_) is in excess of the field. The overall multiplicity fraction is also consistent with being constant in age and across YMGs, which suggests that multiplicity rates for this mass range are largely set by 10Myr without appreciable evolution thereafter.

- The N70E catalogue provides improved mean positions and proper motions for the 718 Basic fundamental stars from the FK5 catalogue in the equatorial zone covering the declination range from -30 to +30 degrees. The catalogue is resulted from revision of the FK5 system on the basis of 36 modern absolute and quasi-absolute catalogues and the four fundamental catalogues FK3, FK4, GC, N30, and revision of FK5 individual positions and proper motions by use of 52 catalogues distributed at the time span from 1900 to 1993. Absolute orientation in space of N70E catalogue is defined by the IAU (1976) system of astronomical constants. Only the machine-readable version of the N70E catalogue is distributed. It contains the positions and proper motions of the stars for the epoch and equinox J2000.0, the mean epochs of individual observed right ascensions and declinations used to determine the final positions, and the mean errors of the final positions and proper motions for the reported epochs.
