- We present a catalog of J-band spectra for 88 fundamental MK standard stars observed at a resolving power of R~3000. This contribution serves as a companion atlas to the K-band spectra recently published by Wallace & Hinkle (1997, Cat. <J/ApJS/111/445>) and the H-band atlas by Meyer and coworkers. We report data from 7400 to 9550cm^-1^ (1.05-1.34um) for stars of spectral types O7-M6 and luminosity classes I-V as defined in the MK system. In reducing these data, special care has been taken to remove time-variable telluric features of water vapor. We identify atomic and molecular indexes that are both temperature and luminosity sensitive that aid in the classification of stellar spectra in the J band. In addition to being useful in the classification of late-type stars, the J band contains several features of interest in the study of early-type stellar photospheres.

- An Atlas of 115 medium-resolution K-band (2.0-2.4um) stellar spectra, spanning spectral types O-M and luminosity types I-V, is presented. K-band spectra are also presented for one N- and one J-type carbon star. A time series of spectra is presented for an S-type Mira variable. All the spectra are at a resolution of ~3000 (1.4cm^-1^) and have had the terrestrial absorption removed by dividing a featureless spectrum. The spectra are plotted with the major spectral features identified and are available digitally.

- We present a brief atlas of L-band (3.3-4.2um) spectra for 42 stars plus the Sun and a sunspot observed at a resolving power of R~3000. This contribution is intended to supplement our previous K-band, H-band, and J-band spectral atlases. The L-band data, which cover some or all of the 2400 to 3000cm^-1^ (3.3-4.2um) region, are mainly for luminous late-type stars. In reducing these data, special care has been taken to remove telluric features, especially water vapor. - We present Echelle spectra of 91 late-type dwarfs, of spectral types from F to M and of different levels of chromospheric activity, obtained with the 2.15-m telescope of the CASLEO Observatory located in the Argentinean Andes. Our observations range from 3890 to 6690{AA}, at a spectral resolution from 0.141 to 0.249{AA} per pixel (R={lambda}/{delta}{lambda}~26400). The observations were flux calibrated with the aid of long slit spectra (R~1050-2070), also available.

- A multi-epoch, absolute-fluxed spectral atlas extending from about 3200 to 9000{AA} is presented for 130 symbiotic stars, including members of the LMC, SMC and Draco dwarf galaxies. The fluxes are accurate to better than 5% as shown by comparison with Tycho and ground-based photometric data. The spectra of 40 reference objects (MK cool giant standards, Mira and Carbon stars, planetary nebulae, white dwarfs, hot sub-dwarfs, Wolf-Rayet stars, classical novae, VV Cep and Herbig Ae/Be objects) are provided to assist the interpretation of symbiotic star spectra. Astrometric positions and counterparts in astrometric catalogues are derived for all program symbiotic stars. The spectra are available in electronic form from the authors.

- The Spitzer Atlas of Stellar Spectra (SASS) includes 159 stellar spectra (5 to 32um; R~100) taken with the Infrared Spectrograph (IRS) on the Spitzer Space Telescope. It gathers representative spectra of a broad section of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram, intended to serve as a general stellar spectral reference in the mid-infrared. It includes stars from all luminosity classes, as well as Wolf-Rayet (WR) objects. Furthermore, it includes some objects of intrinsic interest, like blue stragglers and certain pulsating variables. All the spectra have been uniformly reduced.

- We present an atlas of Spitzer/IRS high-resolution (R~600) 10-37um spectra for 24 well known starburst galaxies. The spectra are dominated by fine-structure lines, molecular hydrogen lines, and emission bands of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Six out of the eight objects with a known active galactic nucleus (AGN) component show emission of the high excitation [NeV] line. This line is also seen in one other object (NGC 4194) with, a priori, no known AGN component. In addition to strong PAH emission features in this wavelength range (11.3, 12.7, 16.4um), the spectra reveal other weak hydrocarbon features at 10.6, 13.5, 14.2um, and a previously unreported emission feature at 10.75um. An unidentified absorption feature at 13.7um is detected in many of the starbursts. We use the fine-structure lines to derive the abundance of neon and sulfur for 14 objects where the HI 7-6 line is detected. We further use the molecular hydrogen lines to sample the properties of the warm molecular gas. Several basic diagrams characterizing the properties of the sample are also shown. We have combined the spectra of all the pure starburst objects to create a high signal-to-noise ratio template, which is available to the community.

- We present a panoramic atlas of Spitzer/Infrared Spectrograph (IRS) spectra of extragalactic sources collected from the recent literature, with value-added measurements of their spectral features obtained in a homogeneous and concise manner. The atlas covers the full spectrum of the extragalactic Universe and includes star-forming galaxies, obscured and unobscured active galaxies, luminous and ultra-luminous infrared galaxies, and hybrid objects. Measured features such as the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, the strength of the silicates in emission or absorption around 9.7um, rest-frame monochromatic luminosities or colours, combined with measurements derived from spectral decomposition are used to establish diagnostics that allow for classification of sources, based on their infrared properties alone. Average templates of the various classes are also derived. The full atlas with the value-added measurements and ancillary archival data are publicly available at http://www.denebola.org/atlas, with full references to the original data.

- STELIB is a new spectroscopic stellar library, available at http://webast.ast.obs-mip.fr/stelib . It consists in an homogeneous library of stellar spectra in the visible range (3200 to 9500){AA}), with an intermediate spectral resolution (<~3{AA}) and sampling (1{AA}), and corrected from interstellar absorption. This library includes 255 stars of various spectral types and luminosity classes, spanning a relatively wide range in metallicity. The spectral resolution, wavelength and spectral type coverage of this library represents a substantial improvement over previous libraries used in population synthesis models. The overall absolute photometric uncertainty is 3%. The data were obtained during two runs, one at the 1m Jacobus Kaptein Telescope (JKT), Roque de los Muchachos Observatory, La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain, between 1994 March 28 and April 4, and a second one at the 2.3m of the Australian National University at Siding Spring (SSO), Australia, between 1994 December 25 and 31.

- We present a homogeneous set of stellar atmospheric parameters (Teff, logg, [Fe/H]) for MILES, a new spectral stellar library covering the range {lambda}{lambda}3525-7500{AA} at 2.3{AA} (FWHM) spectral resolution. The library consists of 985 stars spanning a large range in atmospheric parameters, from super-metal-rich, cool stars to hot, metal-poor stars. The spectral resolution, spectral type coverage and number of stars represent a substantial improvement over previous libraries used in population synthesis models. The atmospheric parameters that we present here are the result of a previous, extensive compilation from the literature. In order to construct a homogeneous data set of atmospheric parameters we have taken the sample of stars of Soubiran, Katz & Cayrel (1998, Cat. <J/A+AS/133/221>, which has very well determined fundamental parameters, as the standard reference system for our field stars, and have calibrated and bootstrapped the data from other papers against it. The atmospheric parameters for our cluster stars have also been revised and updated according to recent metallicity scales, colour-temperature relations and improved set of isochrones.
