- This catalog contains a collection of K-band spectra for 26 stars with near-solar abundances, ranging in spectral class from F8 to M7 and in luminosity from dwarfs to supergiants. The spectra cover the wavelength region from 4150 to 4950 /cm and generally exhibit a signal to noise ratio above 400. Five stars here are supergiants, 15 are giants, and six are dwarfs. Data included: observation date, starting wavenumber, wavenumber increment, scale factor of relative intensity, and offset of relative intensity.

- This paper extends synthetic photometry to components of binary star systems. The paper demonstrates accurate recovery of single star photometric properties for four photometric standards, Vega, Sirius, GD153, and HD209458, ranging over the HR diagram, when their model synthetic spectra are placed in fictitious binary systems and subjected to synthetic photometry processing. Techniques for photometric distance determination have been validated for all four photometric standards.

- We present Johnson-Kron-Cousins BVRI photometry of 228 candidate spectrophotometric standard stars for the external (absolute) flux calibration of Gaia data. The data were gathered as part of a 10-yr observing campaign with the goal of building the external grid of flux standards for Gaia and we obtained absolute photometry, relative photometry for constancy monitoring, and spectrophotometry. Preliminary releases of the flux tables were used to calibrate the first two Gaia releases. This paper focuses on the imaging frames observed in good sky conditions (about 9100). The photometry will be used to validate the ground-based flux tables of the Gaia spectrophotometric standard stars and to correct the spectra obtained in non-perfectly photometric observing conditions for small zero-point variations. The absolute photometry presented here is tied to the Landolt standard stars system to ~1 per cent or better, depending on the photometric band. Extensive comparisons with various literature sources show an overall ~1 per cent agreement, which appears to be the current limit in the accuracy of flux calibrations across various samples and techniques in the literature. The Gaia photometric precision is presently of the order of 0.1 per cent or better, thus various ideas for the improvement of photometric calibration accuracy are discussed.

- The catalog contains energy distribution data of 82 stars of 7-8mag belonging to spectral types A0-G2. Spectral energy distribution is presented in the range 3400-7500{AA} with 50{AA} step. The observations were made in the period 1991-1996 by means of the spectrophotometer working at the regime of the photon counting. Scanner was installed at the 60-cm Zeiss reflector of the Sternberg Institute Crimean Station. Eight early type stars were used as spectrophotometic standards: {beta} Ari, {gamma} Ori, {beta} Tau, {alpha} Leo, {eta} UMa, {alpha} Lyr, {alpha} Aql and {alpha} Peg. The accuracy of the monochromatic fluxes is about 2% in the ultraviolet, 1% in the visual range an 1.5-2% for {lambda}>7000{AA}. The energy distribution data are expressed in erg/(cm^2^.s.cm)*10^-6^.

- We present infrared photometry of all 36 potential JWST calibrators for which there is archival Spitzer IRAC data. This photometry can then be used to inform the stellar models necessary to provide absolute calibration for all JWST instruments. We describe in detail the steps necessary to measure IRAC photometry from archive retrieval to photometric corrections. To validate our photometry, we examine the distribution of uncertainties from all detections in all four IRAC channels as well as compare the photometry and its uncertainties to those from models, ALLWISE, and the literature. Seventy-five percent of our detections have standard deviations per star of all observations within each channel of less than 3%. The median standard deviations are 1.2%, 1.3%, 1.1%, and 1.9% in 3.6-8.0, respectively. We find less than 8% standard deviations in differences of our photometry with ALLWISE and excellent agreement with literature values (less than 3% difference), lending credence to our measured fluxes. JWST is poised to do groundbreaking science, and accurate calibration and cross-calibration with other missions will be part of the underpinnings of that science.

- Infrared spectra with increased spectral resolution and accuracy of the absolute infrared spectral flux have been created for a subset of stellar standards created by Cohen and his collaborators in previous papers in this series. Moderate-resolution ({lambda}/{Delta}{lambda}~400) spectroscopy obtained on infrared standard stars by the Short Wavelength Spectrometer on the Infrared Space Observatory was combined with high-quality photometry tied to our recent absolute calibration from the Midcourse Space Experiment. Thus, 1-35 micron spectra were created for 33 stars, 9 of which are Cohen et al. secondary standards and another 20 of which are tertiary standards for which Cohen adopted spectral templates. The wavelength spacing is given by (0.0001/1 micron)*lambda^2, which provides for 10,000 samples over the 1-35 micron spectral range

- We present UBVRcIc magnitudes of 49 comparison stars in the fields of the Seyfert galaxies Mrk 335, Mrk 79, Mrk 279, Mrk 506, 3C 382, 3C 390.3, NGC 6814, Mrk 304, Ark 564, and NGC 7469 in order to facilitate the photometric monitoring of these objects; 36 of the stars have not been calibrated before. The comparison stars are situated in 5x5arcmin fields centred on the Seyfert galaxies, their V band flux ranges from 11.7 to 18.2mag with a median value of 16.3mag, and their B-V colour index ranges from 0.4 to 1.6mag with a median value of 0.8mag. The median errors of the calibrated UBVRCIC magnitudes are 0.08, 0.04, 0.03, 0.04, and 0.06mag, respectively. Comparison stars were calibrated for the first time in three of the fields (Mrk 506, 3C 382, and Mrk 304). The comparison sequences in the other fields were improved in various aspects. Extra stars were calibrated in four fields (Mrk 335, Mrk 79, NGC 6814, and NGC 7469) most of these stars are fainter and are situated closer to the Seyfert galaxies compared to the existing comparison stars. The passband coverage of the sequences in five fields (Mrk 335, Mrk 79, Mrk 279, NGC 6814, and Ark 564) was complemented with the U band.
