- The catalogue of equivalent widths (EW) for neutral helium lines presented is based on numerous photographic spectral observations of B-stars made during 1978-1986 with the 6m telescope of Special Astrophysical Observatory of Russian Academy of Sciences. Original results of spectroscopy of B-stars inside the galactic open clusters and stellar associations were published by Klochkova and Panchuk in 1986PAZh...12..928K and 1987PAZh...13...56K. To make easier the procedure of EW reduction, several A- and O-stars were included in the Catalogue. All sequent steps of EW reduction were described in Klochkova and Panchuk (1987SoSAO..54....5K, Neutral Helium Lines in the Spectra of B-Stars - Part One - Catalogue). Due to profiles of HeI lines are essentially distinguished in spectra both of supergiants and normal stars, the procedure of EW reduction were made separately for these types of stars. After reduction to the common system of the published data and of observational data obtained by authors a homogeneous catalogue of equivalent widths EW for eight neutral helium lines (HeI, {lambda} 4009, 4026, 4121, 4144, 4387, 4471, 4713{AA}) for 524 stars is compiled. The catalogue is added by the mean values of EW for H{gamma} and H{delta} lines being also reduced to the common system of equivalent widths. - An atlas of 90 northern dwarf novae (delta greater than 20{deg}) is presented. It is meant to supplement the Atlas of Southern and Equatorial Dwarf Novae of Vogt and Bateson (1982). Together, these publications represent a comprehensive collection of dwarf nova finding charts for the whole sky. In addition to the atlas, coordinates are given for most of the dwarf novae with accuracies significantly higher than published hitherto.

- OB associations are unbound groups of young stars made prominent by their bright OB members, and have long been thought to be the expanded remnants of dense star clusters. They have been important in astrophysics for over a century thanks to their luminous massive stars, though their low-mass members have not been well studied until the last couple of decades. This has changed thanks to data from X-ray observations, spectroscopic surveys and astrometry from Gaia that allows their full stellar content to be identified and their dynamics to be studied, which in turn is leading to changes in our understanding of these systems and their origins, with the old picture of Blaauw (1964a) now being superseded. It is clear now that OB associations have considerably more substructure than once envisioned, both spatially, kinematically and temporally. These changes have implications for the star formation process, the formation and evolution of planetary systems, and the build-up of stellar populations across galaxies.

- The ephemeris of Phoebe, the ninth satellite of Saturn, is not very accurate. Previous dynamical models were usually too simplified, the astrometry is heterogeneous and, the Saturn's ephemeris itself is an additionnal source of error. The aim is to improve Phoebe's ephemeris by using a large set of observations, correcting some systematic errors and updating the dynamical model.

- The catalogue is a result of studies of wide neighborhoods of 513 open clusters and 7 compact associations carried out in high precision homogeneous all sky catalogue ASCC-2.5 (Kharchenko, 2001, Cat. <I/280>). On the basis of data on about 33000 possible members (including about 10000 most probable ones) and homogeneous methods of cluster parameter determination the angular sizes of cluster cores and coronae, cluster heliocentric distances, mean proper motions, mean radial velocities and ages were established and collected in the COCD. These include cluster distances for 200 clusters, average cluster radial velocities for 94 clusters, and cluster ages for 195 clusters derived for the first time. Clusters in the catalogue are sorted by right ascension J2000 order. The Open Cluster Diagrams Atlas (OCDA) presents a set of open cluster diagrams used for the determination of parameters of 513 open clusters and 7 compact associations, and is intended to illustrate the quality of the constructed cluster membership (Kharchenko et al., 2004, Cat. <J/AN/425/740>), and the accuracy of the derived cluster parameters (this paper). Every diagram presents relation between various stellar data from all sky catalogue ASCC-2.5 (Kharchenko 2001, Cat. <I/280>) in area of the specific cluster. There are five diagrams provided for every cluster in the Atlas: the area map, the density profile, the vector point diagram, the magnitude equation diagram, and the color-magnitude diagram. The OCDA consists of 520 PostScript plots stored as gzipped files (i.e. one file per cluster).

- Planetary nebulae represent a potential late stage of stellar evolution, however, their central stars (CSPNe) are relatively faint and, therefore, pertinent information is available for merely <20% of the Galactic sample. Consequently, the literature was surveyed to construct a new catalogue of 620 CSPNe featuring important spectral classifications and information. The catalogue supersedes the existing iteration by 25% and includes physical parameters such as luminosity, surface gravity, temperature, magnitude estimates, and references for published spectra. The marked statistical improvement enabled the following pertinent conclusions to be determined: the H-rich/H-poor ratio is 2:1, there is a deficiency of CSPNe with types [WC 5-6], and nearly 80% of binary central stars belong to the H-rich group. The last finding suggests that evolutionary scenarios leading to the formation of binary central stars interfere with the conditions required for the formation of H-poor CSPN. Approximately 50% of the sample with derived values of logL, logT_eff_, and logg, exhibit masses and ages consistent with single stellar evolutionary models. The implication is that single stars are indeed able to form planetary nebulae. Moreover, it is shown that H-poor CSPNe are formed by higher mass progenitors.

- This "catalog of principal galaxies" constitutes the basis of the "Third Reference Catalogue of Bright Galaxies" (RC3). It lists equatorial coordinates for the equinoxes 1950 and 2000 and cross identifications for 73197 galaxies. Of the 73197 galaxies, 40932 have coordinates with standard deviations of less than ten arcsec. Listed are 131,601 names from the 38 most common sources. These data are given when available: morphological descriptions, apparent major and minor axes, apparent magnitudes, radial velocities, and position angles.

- This paper gives a list of all quasar candidates obtained from an automated computer search performed on 11 grens plates. The description of the main characteristics of the survey is given along with the latest improvements in the selection techniques. Particular attention has been paid to understanding and quantifying selection effects. This allows the construction of homogeneous samples having well-understood characteristics. The noteworthy aspect of our homogenization process is the correction that we apply to our probability classes in order to take into account the signal-to-noise differences; at a given magnitude, among plates of different limiting magnitudes. Since such homogeneous material is rare, this catalogue is of general interest. Each grens plate covers about 1 square degree with typical limiting magnitude of B~21. Data are given with all relevant quantities needed to understand the characteristics of the survey. We expect that over 100 of the 125 higher probability class candidates are quasars. A third of the ~400 lower probability objects should also be quasars. This material is well-suited to follow-up spectroscopy with fibre spectrographs.

- The first version of this catalogue was published in Abh.Hamburger Sternw. 1978, Vol.10, p 1ff. (CDS Catalogue II/129). A second version was published in 1987 (1987A&AS...69...87W) and microfiches (CDS Catalogue II/147). A third version was published 1995A&AS..109..177W (CDS Catalogue II/199). The basic concept of the earlier versions is preserved (in file "catalog.txt"), namely one entry per star per frequency per paper. Space is now provided, however, to add more informations. These may be of technical or astronomical nature. Usually month and year of observation and the number of independent data points or length of monitoring session are given. In the file "catalog.txt", all radio data are preceded by a header which contains information on the star or stellar system. (Note, that a physical stellar system is regarded as one single entry and that comments pertaining to individual components are found directly behind the observational data). Stellar data like names, position, proper motion, magnitudes and spectroscopic types are given in fixed format in a self-explanatory fashion. It is tried to have typical values from commonly available references. It is not intended to compete here with other compilations. These header informations are collected when the star is entered for the first time. They are only changed when new values are available while additional radio references are added. An arbitrarily expandable section for unformatted text finishes the header. Finally, the units of the radio data remain in MHz (column#1) and mJy (columns #2. and #3). All coordinates refer to epoch and equinox 1950.0 (e.g. B1950). This is a so-called merged version e.g. all stars, those detected at least once and those with upper limits only, are listed in order of ascending right ascension. The detected stars are marked with a "D" in the outermost right hand column in lines 1 to 5 ('D' in column "Det" of the file "stars.dat"). The last updating occurred on 2001-Mar-06. In this version stars have new running numbers.
