- This is a revised catalog of spiral winding direction of SDSS spiral galaxies published by Shamir (2017PASA...34...11S). Whether the spiral pattern as projected on the sky is S-wise or Z-wise (Shamir called them counter clock wise and clockwise, respectively) can be an unambiguous tool to identify whether the galaxy spin vector is pointing toward or away from us as all the spirals are safely regarded as trailing spirals (Iye et al., 2019ApJ...886..113S). We used Shamir's catalog to analyze the dipole anisotropy in their large-scale structure and found that there exist rather massive duplicated entries and a few other minor errors in the original catalog. In this revised version those duplicated entries are cleaned keeping the judgment of the spiral winding direction due to Shamir (2017PASA...34...11S) except for a several obviously inconsistent cases. These corrections were necessary to make analysis of the large scale distribution of spin vectors of galaxies of the SDSS sample in our paper.

- We present one of the largest homogeneous sets of spiral and lenticular galaxy brightness profile decompositions completed to date. The 659 galaxies in our sample have been fitted with a de Vaucouleurs law for the bulge component and an inner-truncated exponential for the disk component. Of the 659 galaxies in the sample, 620 were successfully fitted with the chosen fitting functions. The fits are generally well defined, with more than 90% having rms deviations from the observed profile of less than 0.35mag. We find no correlations of fitting quality, as measured by these rms residuals, with either morphological type or inclination. Similarly, the estimated errors of the fitted coefficients show no significant trends with type or inclination. These decompositions form a useful basis for the study of the light distributions of spiral and lenticular galaxies. The object base is sufficiently large that well-defined samples of galaxies can be selected from it.

- We present an IRAC 3.6+4.5um selected catalog in the Extended Groth Strip (EGS) containing photometry from the ultraviolet to the far-infrared and stellar parameters derived from the analysis of the multi-wavelength data. In this paper, we describe the method used to build coherent spectral energy distributions (SEDs) for all the sources. In a forthcoming companion paper, we analyze those SEDs to obtain robust estimations of stellar parameters such as photometric redshifts, stellar masses, and star formation rates. The catalog comprises 76936 sources with [3.6]<=23.75mag (85% completeness level of the IRAC survey in the EGS) over 0.48deg^2^. For approximately 16% of this sample, we are able to deconvolve the IRAC data to obtain robust fluxes for the multiple counterparts found in ground-based optical images. Typically, the SEDs of the IRAC sources in our catalog count with more than 15 photometric data points, spanning from the ultraviolet wavelengths probed by GALEX to the far-infrared observed by Spitzer, and going through ground- and space-based optical and near-infrared data taken with 2-8m class telescopes. Approximately 95% and 90% of all IRAC sources are detected in the deepest optical and near-infrared bands. These fractions are reduced to 85% and 70% for S/N>5 detections in each band. Only 10% of the sources in the catalog have optical spectroscopy and redshift estimations. Almost 20% and 2% of the sources are detected by MIPS at 24 and 70um, respectively. We also cross-correlate our catalog with public X-ray and radio catalogs.

- We present the results of a program of optical and near-infrared spectroscopic follow-up of candidate active galactic nuclei (AGNs) selected in the mid-infrared. This survey selects both normal and obscured AGNs closely matched in luminosity across a wide range, from Seyfert galaxies with bolometric luminosities L _bol_~10^10^L_{sun}_ to highly luminous quasars (L_bol_~10^14^L_{sun}_), all with redshifts ranging from 0 to 4.3. Samples of candidate AGNs were selected with mid-infrared color cuts at several different 24{mu}m flux density limits to ensure a range of luminosities at a given redshift. The survey consists of 786 candidate AGNs and quasars, of which 672 have spectroscopic redshifts and classifications. Of these, 137 (20%) are type 1 AGNs with blue continua, 294 (44%) are type 2 objects with extinctions A_V_>~5 toward their AGNs, 96 (14%) are AGNs with lower extinctions (A_V_~1), and 145 (22%) have redshifts, but no clear signs of AGN activity in their spectra. Of the survey objects 50% have L_bol_>10^12^L_{sun}_, in the quasar regime. We present composite spectra for type 2 quasars and objects with no signs of AGN activity in their spectra. We also discuss the mid-infrared - emission-line luminosity correlation and present the results of cross correlations with serendipitous X-ray and radio sources.

- We present Spitzer 16um imaging of the Great Observatories Origins Deep Survey (GOODS) fields. We survey 150 arcmin^2^ in each of the two GOODS fields (North and South), to an average 3{sigma} depth of 40 and 65uJy, respectively. We detect ~1300 sources in both fields combined. We validate the photometry using the 3-24um spectral energy distribution of stars in the fields compared to Spitzer spectroscopic templates. Comparison with ISOCAM and AKARI observations in the same fields shows reasonable agreement, though the uncertainties are large. We provide a catalog of photometry, with sources cross-correlated with available Spitzer, Chandra, and Hubble Space Telescope data. Galaxy number counts show good agreement with previous results from ISOCAM and AKARI with improved uncertainties.

- Wide-field Spitzer surveys allow identification of thousands of potentially high-z submillimeter galaxies (SMGs) through their bright 24um emission and their mid-IR colors. We want to determine the average properties of such z~2 Spitzer-selected SMGs by combining millimeter, radio, and infrared photometry for a representative IR-flux (lambda_rest_~8um) limited sample of SMG candidates. A complete sample of 33 sources believed to be starbursts (5.8um-peakers) was selected in the (0.5deg^2^) J1046+56 field with selection criteria F_24um>400uJy, the presence of a redshifted stellar emission peak at 5.8um, and r'_Vega_>23. The field, part of the SWIRE Lockman Hole field, benefits from very deep VLA/GMRT 20cm, 50cm, and 90cm radio data (all 33 sources are detected at 50cm), and deep 160um and 70um Spitzer data. The 33 sources, with photometric redshifts ~1.5-2.5, were observed at 1.2mm with IRAM-30m/MAMBO to an rms ~0.7-0.8mJy in most cases. Their millimeter, radio, 7-band Spitzer, and near-IR properties were jointly analyzed.

- We present a multi-wavelength catalog in the Subaru/XMM-Newton Deep Field (SXDF) as part of the Spitzer Large Area Survey with Hyper-Suprime-Cam (SPLASH). We include the newly acquired optical data from the Hyper-Suprime-Cam Subaru Strategic Program, accompanied by IRAC coverage from the SPLASH survey. All available optical and near-infrared data is homogenized and resampled on a common astrometric reference frame. Source detection is done using a multi-wavelength detection image including the u-band to recover the bluest objects. We measure multi-wavelength photometry and compute photometric redshifts as well as physical properties for ~1.17 million objects over ~4.2deg^2^, with ~800000 objects in the 2.4deg^2^ HSC-Ultra-Deep coverage. Using the available spectroscopic redshifts from various surveys over the range of 0<z<6, we verify the performance of the photometric redshifts and we find a normalized median absolute deviation of 0.023 and outlier fraction of 3.2%. The SPLASH-SXDF catalog is a valuable, publicly available resource, perfectly suited for studying galaxies in the early universe and tracing their evolution through cosmic time.

- There are many mechanisms by which galaxies can transform from blue, star-forming spirals, to red, quiescent early-type galaxies, but our current census of them does not form a complete picture. Recent observations of nearby case studies have identified a population of galaxies that quench "quietly". Traditional poststarburst searches seem to catch galaxies only after they have quenched and transformed, and thus miss any objects with additional ionization mechanisms exciting the remaining gas. The Shocked POststarburst Galaxy Survey (SPOGS) aims to identify transforming galaxies, in which the nebular lines are excited via shocks instead of through star formation processes. Utilizing the Oh-Sarzi-Schawinski-Yi (OSSY, 2011ApJS..195...13O) measurements on the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 7 catalog, we applied Balmer absorption and shock boundary criteria to identify 1067 SPOG candidates (SPOGs*) within z=0.2. SPOGs* represent 0.2% of the OSSY sample galaxies that exceed the continuum signal-to-noise cut (and 0.7% of the emission line galaxy sample). SPOGs* colors suggest that they are in an earlier phase of transition than OSSY galaxies that meet an "E+A" selection. SPOGs* have a 13% 1.4GHz detection rate from the Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty Centimeters Survey, higher than most other subsamples, and comparable only to low-ionization nuclear emission line region hosts, suggestive of the presence of active galactic nuclei (AGNs). SPOGs* also have stronger Na i D absorption than predicted from the stellar population, suggestive of cool gas being driven out in galactic winds. It appears that SPOGs* represent an earlier phase in galaxy transformation than traditionally selected poststarburst galaxies, and that a large proportion of SPOGs* also have properties consistent with disruption of their interstellar media, a key component to galaxy transformation. It is likely that many of the known pathways to transformation undergo a SPOG phase. Studying this sample of SPOGs* further, including their morphologies, AGN properties, and environments, has the potential for us to build a more complete picture of the initial conditions that can lead to a galaxy evolving.

- We present multicolour broad band (BVRI) photometry for a sample of 33 spiral-spiral (S+S) binary galaxies drawn from the Karachentsev Catalogue of Isolated Pairs of Galaxies (KPG, Cat. <VII/77>). The data is part of a joint observational programme devoted to systematic photometric study of one of the most complete and homogeneous pair samples available in the literature. We present azimuthally averaged colour and surface brightness profiles, colour index (B-I) maps, B band and sharp/filtered B band images as well as integrated magnitudes, magnitudes at different circular apertures and integrated colours for each pair. Internal and external data comparisons show consistency within the estimated errors. Two thirds of the sample have total aperture parameters homogeneously derived for the first time. After reevaluating morphology for all the pairs, we find a change in Hubble type for 24 galaxies compared to the original POSS classifications. More than half of our pairs show morphological concordance which could explain, in part, the strong correlation in the (B-V) colour indices (Holmberg Effect) between pair components. We find a tendency for barred galaxies to show grand design morphologies and flat colour profiles. The measurements will be used in a series of forthcoming papers where we try to identify and isolate the main structural and photometric properties of disk galaxies at different stages of interaction.
