- We present improved and highly accurate International Celestial Reference System (ICRS) equatorial positions for 1,268,732 stars in 16 astrometric calibration regions located around the celestial equator. Each region is about 7.6{deg}x3.2{deg} in area (~24.3 deg^2^), contains a large number of stars (18,767 to 263,810), has stellar densities ranging from 765 to 10,772 stars deg^-2^, covers a wide range in magnitude (9.5<R<17.8, or equivalently 10.0<V<18.3), and is complete to magnitude R~17.2 (V~17.7). All of the observations were taken in 1994-1998 (mean epoch J1996.0) with the Flagstaff Astrometric Scanning Transit Telescope. Furthermore, each region was observed many times with overlapped CCD strip scans, and these data were reduced to star positions using differential reductions. The reference-star positions were taken from the ACT catalog of accurate star positions and proper motions. The star positions presented herein are typically accurate to +/-26mas (+/-12mas precision) in both right ascension and declination, except for the faintest stars, whose errors are about 2 times larger. Similarly, magnitudes were determined for the astrometric calibration stars using standard photometric reductions, and accuracies of +/-18mmag (+/-10mmag precisions) were achieved (about +/-46mmag for the faintest stars)

- The U.S. Naval Observatory is in the process of making new reductions of the Astrographic Catalogue (AC) using a modern reference system, the ACRS, which represents the system of the FK5. The data from the Algiers Zone, whose plates are centered between declinations -2 and +4 degrees (eq. 1900), have been analyzed for scale, rotation, tilt, coma, magnitude equation, radial distortion and distortions introduced by the use of reseaux in the Carte du Ciel program. The result is a positional catalog of over 199,000 stars on eq. J2000.0, epoch of observation. The plate were exposed between 1891 and 1912. For cross-identification purposes, all stars have been matched with the Tycho Input Catalog (revised); those numbers have been added to each record.

- We present the result of our Allan standard deviation based classification according to their astrometric stability. The classification is divided into three categories (stable sources, intermediate sources, unstable sources). Stability of sources is qualified by the astrometric behavior of the source. This determines in which category the source falls into. Then, stability of the source is also quantified by a stability index (two are proposed in the table). Those indexes enable to order sources in each category of the classification.

- Using the data observed in San Juan with the photoelectric Astrolabe Mark II of the Beijing Astronomical Observatory from February, 1992 through March, 1997, the radio stars catalogue in San Juan (RSSJ95) has been compiled. There are 69 radio stars in this catalogue. The Positions of the radio stars are for the epoch of observation and the equinox J2000.0 and a system close that of the system FK5. The mean precisions are +/-2.2ms and +/-0.035" in right ascensions and declinations, respectively. The magnitudes of stars are from 0.9 to 10.7. The declinations are from -2.5{deg} to -60{deg}. The mean epoch is 1995.1. Finally, the comparison results with Hipparcos catalogue and CAMC are given.

- The authors present an observational catalogue containing the positions of 351 stars situated in the vicinity of radio sources (RRS2, Tel'nyuk-Adamchuk & Kumkova, 1991, IAU Colloq. 127, 363) worked out by differential method in the FK5 system. The (O-C) corrections to the positions of 267 fundamental stars used in the determination of the instrument parameters are also presented. The star positions are derived from the observations with the Belgrade Large Meridian Circle during 1991-1993.

- This catalog contains positions and magnitudes for 1577 stars with visual magnitudes brighter than 11.0. The observations were made with the 7-inch transit circle at the Copenhagen University Observatory from July 1981 to May 1982. The positions are reduced to the FK4 system for each night and over the whole meridian. The mean errors of the catalog entries are: in right ascension 0.006 seconds/cos(declination); in declination, 0.10"; and in magnitude, 0.06mag. The catalog contains 425 FK4 stars used for the adjustment to the FK4; 167 stars from the AGK3 zones +88deg. and +89deg.; 115 stars from the zone around the North Galactic Pole; stars from several PZT zones; some faint GC stars; reference stars for radio fields; and a few stars from earlier Brorfelde programs. The internal errors of a single observation are for right ascension, 0.0138 seconds/cos(delta), for declination, 0.216", and for the magnitude, 0.132 mag.

- A regular observational programme with a photoelectric astrolabe have been performed at ``Observatoire du Calern" (Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur, OCA, {phi}=+43{deg}44'55.011"; {lambda}=-0^h^27^m^42.44^s^, Calern, Caussols, France) for the last twenty years. It has been almost fully automatized between 1984 and 1987. Since 1988 the photoelectric astrolabe was used without any modification. In addition to determining the daily orientation of the local vertical, the yearly analysis of the residuals permits to derive corrections to the used star catalogue Vigouroux et al. (1992A&AS...96..477V). A global reduction method was applied for the ASPHO observations. The new form of the equations Martin & Leister (1997A&AS..126..169M) give us the possibility of using the entire set of the observing program using data taken at two zenith distances (30{deg} and 45{deg}). The program contains about 41648 stars' transits of 269 different stars taken at ``Observatoire du Calern" (OCA). The reduction was based on the HIPPARCOS system. We discuss the possibility of computing absolute declinations through stars belonging simultaneously to the 30{deg} and 45{deg} zenith distances programmes. The absolute declination corrections were determined for 185 stars with precision of 0.027" and the value of the determined equator correction is -0.018"+/-0.005". The instrumental effects were also determined. The mean epoch is 1995.29.

- The Carlsberg Meridian Telescope (formerly the Carlsberg Automatic Meridian Circle) is dedicated to carrying out high-precision optical astrometry. It underwent a major upgrade in March 1999, with the installation of a 2kx2k CCD camera was installed with a Sloan r' filter operating in a drift scan mode. With the new system, the magnitude limit is 17 (r'mag) and the positional accuracy is in the range 35 to 100 mas. The resulting survey is aimed to provide an astrometric and photometric catalogue in the declination range -30 to +50 degrees. This catalogue is the result of all the observations made between March 1999 and October 2005 in the declination band -30 to +50 -- minus a gap between 5h30m and 10h30m for declinations south of -15. It contains 95,858,475 stars, plus 8,046,291 in the rejected files.
