Registries provide a mechanism with which VO applications can discover and
select resources - first and foremost data and services - that are relevant for
a particular scientific problem. This specification defines an interface for
searching this resource metadata based on the IVOA's TAP protocol. It specifies
a set of tables that comprise a useful subset of the information contained in
the registry records, as well as the table's data content in terms of the XML
VOResource data model. The general design of the system is geared towards
allowing easy authoring of queries.
Approved client-server authentication mechanisms are described for the
IVOA single-sign-on profile: No Authentication; HTTP Basic
Authentication; TLS with passwords; TLS with client certificates;
Cookies; Open Authentication; Security Assertion Markup Language; OpenID.
Normative rules are given for the implementation of these mechanisms,
mainly by reference to pre-existing standards. The Authorization
mechanisms are out of the scope of this document.
The KM3NeT Open Data's TAP end point. The Table Access
Protocol (TAP) lets you execute queries against our database tables,
inspect various metadata, and upload your own data. It is thus the
VO's premier way to access public data holdings.
Tables exposed through this endpoint include: columns, groups, key_columns, keys, schemas, tables from the tap_schema schema, main from the ant20_01 schema.

Description:
LAEFF (Laboratory for Space Astrophysics and Theoretical Physics) was founded in 1991 as a collaboration between INTA, CSIC and ESA, and was located at VILSPA to allow for closer interaction with the ESA astronomical activities (IUE, ISO, XMM,...). Research at LAEFF is carried out in different areas of astrophysics, as astroparticle physics, interstellar medium, brown dwarfs and solar, stellar and extragalactic physics. LAEFF is also responsible for the radio astronomical use of the antennas in the Robledo de Chavela station. LAEFF participates in the development of diferent space projects such as OMC-INTEGRAL, EURD, LEGRI and EDDINGTON. LAEFF is also involved in the development and maintenance of Astronomical Data Archives of space missions (INES, OMC) and ground-based telescopes (GAUDI) in the framework of the Virtual Observatory project.
The Cosmic Assembly Near-IR Deep Extragalactic Legacy Survey (CANDELS) is designed to document the first third of galactic evolution from z = 8 to 1.5 via deep imaging of more than 250,000 galaxies with WFC3/IR and ACS.
The Table Access Protocol (TAP) lets you execute queries against our database tables, and inspect various metadata. Upload is not currently supported.
